Beans and rice in Pita pockets

Ingredients:

brown rice
your choice of beans ( I used chili beans and it tasted alright but just red beans would be best ! )
Ring bologna sliced and cut in half
Sweet corn 
Wheat Pita pocket
Lettuce 

Preparation:

Cook rice as directed
cook bologna 
add corn to bologna to heat through
add cooked beans to bologna and corn to heat through
Combine with Rice
You can eat it just like this or you can serve it in Pita pockets with  little lettuce. 
*You could also put in a baking dish and put a cornbread mix on top. Then cook until cornbread is done.

  1. Unique - I'd replace the bolgn. w/ a vegetarian substitute and down it with a big smile on my face.
